The annual American Indian Student Count survey is underway in Jackson County Public Schools.  Any student enrolled during the first school month, August 14 - September 11, 2024 and either an enrolled tribal member or first or second descendent of an enrolled tribal member should complete an ED 506 survey form.  An ED506 form must be completed and maintained on file.

If your child does not have an ED506 form on file, please contact your child’s school or the Jackson County Board of Education at 586.2311 extension 1971 for Brent Speckhardt or extension 1939 for Kelli Bumgarner.  This form can also be accessed at the following link.
